Tiffany Place is a luxurious condominium resort directly on the Gulf of Mexico. It consists of 33 privately owned condos. Only 18 of the units rent, and at a two week minimum rental period, making Tiffany a quiet and peaceful resort. The units, approximately 1,250 sf, have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and are fully furnished. All master bedrooms have a king bed and attached bathroom. Guest rooms have either a queen bed or two singles. Linens and towels are provided. Kitchens are fully equipped including a dishwasher, microwave, dishes, utensils, etc. Each unit comes with a washer and dryer. Some units have a sleeper sofa. Cable TV is standard and internet access is available. The master bedroom and living room open up to a balcony that has table and chairs. Every balcony has a view of the beach and beautiful blue and green Gulf waters. Units are located on the second and third floors.
Tiffany Place surrounds a dazzling clear beachfront pool and a lush tropical landscaped courtyard. The pool area has his and hers restrooms with private showers. There is a covered parking area with a space for each unit and plenty of additional parking. Two elevators are provided for your convenience. All Tiffany condos have a private ground floor storage room filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, grills, etc. Two beachside grilling areas are available for cooking your fresh catch. There is a large recreation/meeting room with a full kitchen for your special gatherings. Tiffany has hosted a number of beach weddings due to its excellent accommodations.
